This course has been developed in partnership with the University of Queensland, Gatton and is being delivered by representatives from the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences. These representatives are giving their time to provide Market employees with an opportunity to increase their knowledge in the produce supply chain network, from the paddock to the retailer.
