Mental Health Awareness recognises that our psychological well-being is an important part of our own health, productivity, and happiness, as well as the well-being of our co-workers in the workplace environment.

Each year one in five Australians will experience a mental illness. It has been especially difficult during the COVID pandemic, with mental health issues on the rise.

This course will give your staff the skills to be able to identify possible mental health issues, and to better understand how to support employees. We highly recommended that First Aiders, supervisors and managers attend to raise their awareness and better prepare them to assist co-workers.

Target Audience: Supervisors and managers responsible for staff who wish to have an understanding of mental health and how to assist/manager staff with mental health illnesses.
