The Incident Reporting and Investigation workshop will assist Market businesses in ensuring they meet their obligations to report incidents on site to the appropriate parties (BML) and when an incident is classified as a ‘notifiable incident’ that has to be reported to the regulator.

In addition, gaining a better understanding of the reporting requirements, both on site and to the regulator, participants will also gain an understanding on how to complete an effective investigation of the incident to prevent it happening again and improve current practices.
