Fair Farms is an industry-led initiative aimed at fostering fair and responsible employment practices in Australian horticulture.

In the spirit of effective self-governance, Fair Farms aims to level the playing field by ensuring that growers and other businesses in the horticulture industry comply with the rules, treat their workers fairly, and are rewarded with superior access to the fresh produce supply chain i.e major retailers.

This course will provide attendees with an understanding of:

• Taking action on identified problems
• Effective self-governance
• Complying with rules
• Treating their workers fairly.
